She peels off her heels revealing her moist smelly feet wrapped in nylons before sm othering Dexter making it impossible to breathe anything but the hot scent of her sweaty feet. Irene continues to push Dexter making him stick out his tongue to clean her feet instructing him to worship them and lick them clean. He works hard under her feet trying to please his boss and keep his job. Despite his effort when Irene isn't satisfied she pushes Dexter even further making him gag on her nylon encased toes. Sitting on his chest she pushes her feet further and further down his throat until he's to the point of throwing up, stopping only to make him worship her wet smelly feet more.
